3.1 Deposit Process

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit. All withdrawals will be checked to confirm that the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Transaction Records

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 (= ৳1,000 × 10) in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus terms are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be voided.

4.4 VIP Program

fbi77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback).
